Thank you for choosing New Wine to create !!

Here are our policies and Restrictions you should be aware of.

• No Photographer is on site.

• NO refunds will be given.

• Rescheduling requests should be made within 10hrs of your reservation.

• Your reservation time begins at the requested time and ends at designated ending time(if you stay over 5+min you will be charged a full hour fee)

• You must include set up and tear down in your reservation time.

• If you need to cancel you can call or email us at newwinephotostudio@gmail.com and a credit will be given in form of coupon code for future reservation.

• ALL children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times!

• No fire/or sparklers allowed.

• Nails,Staples,Tacks are prohibited. However you are encouraged to use tape or command strips

• NO smoking in or outside of the studio.

• Please Respect our neighbors and keep music to a reasonable volume.

• New wine has constant surveillance and recording in the premises.

• Absolutely no nudity or sexual activity. Boudoir is encourages but be mindful of large windows and, You can run curtains and use our LED ceiling lights for privacy

• You are responsible for any damage to New wine including spills, stains on furniture, floors or painted surfaces.

• We are not responsible for any injury or death caused in the studio.

• If New wine is not returned in the same condition when your reservation ends, renter agrees to pay a minimum fee of $250 to cover any damages or stolen items.

• New wine has constant indoor and outdoor surveillance,Any stolen items will be reported to the Mesquite police and a report will be made.
